Today’s reviews is something a little different and out of the ordinary, the iSmile. The iSmile is the thinnest selfie remote designed for the iOS and Android. Simple enough the iSmile is connected to your device using Bluetooth technology. This device is made of a zinc alloy-frame that is completely water proof and can stand up to more than the normal wear and tear! Coming in 6 different designs and only being 4.2 iSmile can virtually fit anywhere.

When I used this device the one thing I liked the most was the Bluetooth connected to my iOS incredibly fast without any problems. I was able to control my phone to take pictures and videos. But there were actually a lot of problems I encountered when using the iSmile. One was when the device was still connected to my phone and I went to send a text message I couldn’t open up my keyboard. I couldn’t open the keyboard until I went into the settings and disconnected the Bluetooth from the iSmile. Another problem I encountered was the reaction time between me pressing the button to take a picture was WAY too long. A couple times I had to press it more than once to actually get it to take a picture. Last it says the max distance the iSmile can be away from the phone is 10m (which is about 32.8084 feet) but I didn’t see that at all. I could maybe be 20feet away at the most and even then I had to press the button more than once to get the picture to go off.

Now the rating… When I first heard this was coming I was extremely excited but when I finally got to test it I was pretty bummed out. I would only rate this 2 out of 5 stars. If all these problems were fixed permanently then my rating would obviously go higher, but as it is now only 2 stars. On the good side the iSmile isn’t too expensive, get it HERE.
