Xbox One Elite bundle comes with Microsoft’s new high-end controller

Early this week, Microsoft has announced the arrival of the all new Xbox One bundle. According to Microsoft, this bundle is combining an upgraded version of the gaming console with the company’s new high-end game controller. The cost for this console in the US will be $499 and will be available in early November.

The most talked about add on for the Xbox One Elite is the all new controller coming out. This control made its first appearance at this year’s E3 video game trade show. This control is completely revamped from the original and will now be including swappable sticks and pads, adjustable sensitivity, and paddle controls on the rear. The controller will be more customization to the individuals using the controller. This control will also be sold separately and will be $149 in the US.

Also included in this bundle, the Xbox One Elite console will be offering an all new 1TB hybrid hard drive, which combines a small amount of faster solid-state storage with and will also be offering a larger traditional spinning platter hard drive. In the past the solid-state partition hard drive has been small but, Microsoft has yet to announce what the site of the Elite version will be.

The Launch:

Also coming from Microsoft is a new look for the standard Xbox One controller. Microsoft is calling this controller the Special Edition Lunar White Wireless Controller; it is white with gold accents and a new textured grip on the back. As of now, the controller will only be sold in the US and will only be sold at GameStop stores for $65.

Microsoft does promises that this new bundle will be available worldwide, but has not yet announced international pricing. The Xbox One Elite bundle will be available in the US starting November 3 exclusively at GameStop stores and the Microsoft Store.
